It’s weird, the things that stick in my head. For instance, every line to The Jungle Book’s Bear Necessities, the exact shade of crayon that was my favorite in 3rd grade (Caribbean Green), and then a line a previous boss mentioned in passing, “your website is your digital storefront.”

Watching Brian Piper’s video previewing his Content Marketing World session, Avoid Fatal Mistakes: Use Data to Drive Your Website Redesign, this line came rushing back to me.

Brian says, “you don’t have to wait for a redesign to make changes and improvements to your website” and he couldn’t be more right. Just like a true storefront, you want your website to speak to who you are and what you do while also giving your guests a great customer experience. If small improvements over time are what it takes to get in front of your customers, why wait?

In Brian’s session, attendees will learn how to:

  • Discover what audits to do before a redesign and why
  • Identify the insights from the data to inform updates
  • Implement data tracking to assess the impact of the redesign
